Vacancies & Responsibilities by Role:

1. Field Service & Installation Engineer

• Number of Positions: 3 Nos (grouped under Field Engineers)
• Responsibilities:
  • Install, test, commission, and maintain Fire, Security, and Automation systems
  • Provide on-site/remote technical support
  • Configure, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance
  • Resolve technical issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with support teams and maintain service documentation
  • Adhere to company safety and quality standards

2. Sales Engineer

• Number of Positions: 2 Nos (grouped with Marketing)
• Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in Fire Safety, Security, Access Control, and Automation solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions
  • Ensure the leads are closed as sales and provide after-sales support to the client

3. Pre-Sales Executive / Estimation Engineer

• Number of Positions: 1 No
• Responsibilities:
  • Interact with Marketing team and prospective customers to understand requirements
  • Assist in qualifying leads and preparing tailored solutions
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations
  • Support the Marketing and sales team with technical expertise during client meetings
  • Design proposals and provide solution architectures to the Marketing team and explain to the customers

4. Marketing Executive

• Number of Positions: 2 Nos (grouped with Sales)
• Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Fire & Safety, Security, Access Control, CCTV, and Automation solutions
  • Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads
  • Support the sales team with marketing-driven opportunities
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers and Pre-Sales teams to align marketing with business goals
